Platform Terms and Conditions of Use mbo99

1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of mbo99.win and all services, games, and features available therein ("mbo99 Platform"). This platform is owned and operated by mbo99, an entity established under applicable laws and operating under a licence approved by the competent regulatory authority.

3 User Account

Mbo99 will never ask for your account password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive such a request, please report it to our support team immediately as it is most likely a fraudulent attempt by an irresponsible party.

4 Deposits & Payments

Mbo99 accepts a wide range of popular deposit methods in Malaysia including local bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank, and others), e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay, and other digital payment methods listed on the platform's deposit page.

• The minimum deposit per transaction is RM10 unless otherwise stated.

All transactions on the mbo99 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). If you use a payment method involving a foreign currency, the applicable exchange rate is subject to the respective payment provider.

5 Fund Withdrawal

Mbo99 is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests within 5 to 15 minutes upon successful member identity verification. For first-time withdrawals or those exceeding certain limits, an additional KYC review may be required, which can take up to 24 business hours.

• The minimum withdrawal per transaction is RM50 unless otherwise stated in your account.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same member's name — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted
• Mbo99 reserves the right to hold withdrawals for security review, compliance, or KYC verification purposes
• Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until the requirements are fully satisfied.
• Withdrawals cancelled by the member before processing will be credited back to the platform account balance

6 Bonuses & Promotions

8 Prohibited Conduct

Mbo99 reserves the right to take legal action against individuals involved in fraudulent or criminal activities on this platform. All violations will be reported to the relevant authorities where necessary.

9 Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, trademarks, graphics, user interfaces, software, and other materials on the mbo99 platform are the exclusive property of mbo99 or its respective licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or use any mbo99 content without prior written consent.
• Using the mbo99 logo or brand for marketing purposes without official authorisation is strictly prohibited

10 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, mbo99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses arising from game outcomes or betting results.
• Service interruptions due to scheduled or unscheduled system maintenance.
• Financial losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
• Delays in transaction processing due to factors beyond mbo99's control, such as third-party banking system issues.
• Loss of expected opportunities or profits during platform downtime.

In all circumstances, mbo99's maximum liability to you shall not exceed the net deposit amount you credited to the platform in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11 Account Termination

Either you or mbo99 may terminate your account at any time. Members who wish to close their own account may do so by contacting the mbo99 customer support team via live chat.

• Before account closure is processed, all available real-money balances will be refunded to you once all compliance requirements have been met
• Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be automatically forfeited upon account closure.
• Mbo99 reserves the right to close accounts without prior notice if there is evidence of fraud, terms violations, or illegal activity
• Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee or automatic closure in accordance with the platform's current policy.

12 Terms Amendment

Mbo99 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Members will be notified of any material changes via a notice on the website or through the email registered to your account.
